November & December Schedules

Happy November everyone. This month we will have our normal activity meeting to work on service projects and committee meetings on the 4th with our annual Thanksgiving potluck board meeting on the 18th. There are a lot of other clubs with activities this month as well, so check out the fliers attached.
Going forward, the meetings will start at 6 when there is a speaker for the activity meetings followed by splitting up for projects and committees.
We are restarting our dinners for the board meetings as well. Please use this link Dinner Sign-up. Dinner will start at 6 and the board meeting will begin at 6:30.
Please review the dates below. NOTE: There is NOT a board meeting in December. An email vote will be held if needed. Charitable donations will be voted on in November

We will be able to set-up the night before to allow us to bring over our own decorations, but the church did a lovely job last year with having the tables already covered and mostly arranged. Please sign-up if you are able to help. We will have Leos there as well.
