We will have a light lunch beginning at 12:30, followed by our presentation
and meeting from 1:30 to 3:30.
Library Services Presentation
Our speaker this month will be Ms. Angela Richman
Ms. Angela Richman is a Customer Experience Librarian with the
Jacksonville Public Library, where she has worked for ten years. She
serves in the Interlibrary Loan and Accessibility Services Department,
which ensures that library services are accessible to everyone, including
those unable to visit a library location, or have a disability. Services include Interlibrary Loan
materials, Books by Mail, and Talking Books, a program of the National
Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.
Ms. Richman earned her bachelor’s degree from Universidad Externado
de Colombia. She is an advocate of lifelong learning and a champion for
people of all ages with health conditions or impairments.
