1st Speaker: As a military spouse, Kelly Ovard traveled the country and world for 20 years before settling in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Each place she moved her family, they bought, sold, and rented - and in doing so she became very familiar with the stresses changing homes creates. Her realtors became invaluable resources to help ease that stress and ensure the real estate part of the move became as simple as possible. When she settled in Utah in 2012 it was only natural for her to become involved in real estate as well- not just as a homeowner, but this time as an investor as well, and a resource for others looking to invest, as the buying and selling process is unique from an investors’ perspective. Kelly now owns multiple rental properties in Utah and several other states, and is well versed in several different types of real estate investing; flipping, rentals, limited partnerships, and commercial real estate.
Keynote Speaker: Trevor Thompson is an Acquisitions expert and a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Equity Real Estate. He is a full time marketer of Single Family Investment Properties. He has learned from the best. He has worked with Matt Atkinson and Randall Wall the last 10 years of his career. He has been a Rental Property Manager, Project Manager on rehabs, and currently buys investment properties for his firm to Flip, Hold as rentals, or Wholesale to qualified buyers.
