Rain or Shine. Come out and meet other Mustang owners and enthusiasts.
This event will be held at Hypermotive Performance. The event is free to attend. If anyone would like to see what they are putting down to the wheels, the Dyno will be open for a charge. $75+tax (Cash or Card, No Checks).
Food/Drinks will not be provided or available for purchase. Please bring your own if needed.
No Alcohol during the event.
No Excessive Revving (Parking area/Street)
No Burn-Outs (Parking area/Street)
No Loud Music (Parking area)
Event Disclaimer and Release:
By participating in the "November 2024 - Meet and Greet (Dyno Day)" event, I, the attendee, hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the host or group attendees for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a “Loss”) resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event and any related activities unless said Loss is caused by the sole, gross negligence of the host or group attendees. I agree that this waiver and release shall bind me and my personal representatives, shall be enforceable to the fullest and broadest extent of the law, and, if any portion is held invalid, the remainder should continue in full legal force and effect. I am an adult of sound mind and capable of entering into this waiver. I have read its terms and fully understand and agree to the provisions herein. I agree that this waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and enforced only in courts in the State of North Carolina.
