At this year’s annual fundraiser, Universal Promise is happy to welcome Zili Misik, a multi-piece band that evokes the captivating rhythms and sounds of Africa and the African diaspora. While the event includes elements you would expect, such as scores of delicious hors d'oeuvres, a new signature cocktail, experiential auctions, hundreds of buy-it-now items from South Africa and elsewhere, one-to-one giving (you "see" the people you're helping), a celebration of 2024, and plans for 2025, we believe the joy, impact, and emotion are what distinguish our events.
