I was first introduced to the NIP Bookcamp in 2019 and have been back every year since. The Bookcamp was an intensive week of learning, critiquing, and writing. The Retreats have been relaxing and productive. Being surrounded by writers all on the same mission is inspiring. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, and the wine flows generously.
I have completed and published 3 award-winning novels at the NIP Bookcamps and Retreats. The instructors are attentive and thorough in their evaluations of work. The workshops are interesting and informative. The night discussions are relaxing and a great time to decompress after a day of writing or learning.
With 2 learning tracks and 3 programs, there's something for every fiction writer. The costs include all workshops of your chosen program, room and board, and use of Siena Retreat Center facilities and amenities. Overall, it's a great week!
