Please join us for this very interesting talk. Anyone interested in local history is welcomed to attend, membership is not required.
“From an Idyllic Novato Childhood to the Jungles of Vietnam and
Beyond” will be the featured topic.
Darren Walton, Novato High Grad, Vietnam War Hero and Award-winning author, will reminisce about growing up in Novato, and recount his life-changing experience as “recon” U.S. Marine, one of the military’s most dangerous jobs. Anyone interested in Novato history is welcome to attend.
