Nova Prestatyn 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer

The last Saturday of every month we have the pleasure of hosting the Nova Prestatyn 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer Ambassadors.
A community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local 5K Your Way parkrun event.
Come & join us, make a note in your calendar for the last Saturday of every month.
Look for the Blue Flag near the start in the car park, the ambassadors will all be wearing blue 5KYW tops, hoodies, hats.
We then all meet up in the Beach Hut for a brew & a natter, feel free to come along anytime.
