This popular course is ideal for individuals who are looking to expand their skills and bring more laughter into their lives and the lives of others, or simply learn the Laughter Yoga techniques for your health and happiness levels!

It comprises two days of Laughter Yoga Leader Training to become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, as originally outlined by Dr. Madan Kataria, Founder of the Laughter Yoga Movement.

Laughter Yoga Leader Manual, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Certificate, additional information which includes meditations, standard forms and research documents, mentoring and coaching (via email, WhatsApp, or a 20-minute 1-1), following the training to get you off to a good start along with optional Social Media group for Laughter Professionals.

Upon successful completion of the two days, you will receive the Certified Laughter Yoga Leader certificate, which will enable you to get appropriate insurance to run laughter workshops and allow you to call yourself a Laughter Yoga Leader.

Sunny Turner, Accredited Laughter Yoga Teacher and Laughter Ambassador, has taught since 2018 and has led over 1025 sessions since 2016.

Tove Kane, Laughter Yoga Master Trainer, has been coaching and teaching Laughter Yoga for many years and is also a mindfulness expert.
