Experience the FULL MOON in November with SOUND & DANCE
This is a 1.5 class that first starts with SOUND.
1 hour of Sound Bath with you laying and listening tuning your body into the beautiful sounds Susan will playing for you.
She has an assortment of singing bowels, gongs, tuning forks Ect. Susan is a master at the sound bath.
After the 1 hour sound bath we will have 30 mins of movement.
Emily Marie will guide you into light movement starting from the ground and getting you to your feet. This is not a belly dancing class- this 30 mins Emily Marie will guide you through movement that will slowly bring you back into your body.
YOU DO NOT have to be a dancer to take this class.
