Welcome to one of the first spaces in Stockholm dedicated to a more integrated approach to nourishment. Combining practical cooking with evidence-informed knowledge. 🔥This is not another “healthy cooking class.”
This is a space to understand what real nourishment looks like in a modern context, and how to apply it in your everyday life.
We’ve been taught to overthink food.
To count, control, restrict, optimize, even biohack.
And still end up stressed, depleted, and disconnected.
I know very well that place. I’ve been through food trends, eating disorders, gut sensitivities, and periods of iron deficiency, trying to do the “right” thing, but still feeling overwhelmed and out of balance.

In this lab, we explore how to rebuild that relationship with the body, through food, knowledge, and direct experience.
I’ll share practical, evidence-informed approaches to nourishment, including:
* How hormonal fluctuations can influence appetite, metabolism, and nutrient needs
* Why whole foods often provide better nutrient density and bioavailability than highly processed alternatives
* Key considerations for improving iron status and absorption
* Foundational ways to support digestion and gut health
We’ll cook together.
We’ll eat with our hands - engaging the senses & supporting digestion.
We’ll explore how eating practices directly impact how nutrients are absorbed and used in the body.
And we will chat a lot about how you can support and understand your body, so you can work with it, not against it.

How to build the body from the ground up.
Exploring mineral-dense foods, bioavailability, and how to support the body with the nutrients it’s often lacking.
⟡ 14 April - Gut, Microbiome & Digestion
Strengthening the body’s ability to receive nourishment.
Focusing on digestion, microbiome support, and how eating practices influence absorption.

Supporting the body’s rhythms and rebuilding from depletion.
Understanding hormonal balance, iron, and how to nourish the body for sustained energy and resilience.
