Nourishing Rest: A day retreat for parents and caregivers

Nourishing Rest is a day retreat for parents and caregivers to ground and reset as we ease into winter months ahead. This retreat is an invitation to slow down and focus on yourself with intention and care. We cannot pour from an empty cup, this is a day to refill.

Friday November 7th, 9am-4pm at Eastman Nature Center. Featuring a nature based healing experience, a process art experience and a mindful labyrinth experience. Lunch and all materials will be provided.

Led by Maddie Johnson, Madelyn Steen and Jessica Anderson.

Registration Rates:

• Standard Registration: $275
• Supported Registration: $200 (BIPOC and Low-Income Caregivers)
• We are offering unlimited number of spots for this reduced rate as part of our commitment to equity, access, and inclusivity for BIPOC and/or those with limited financial resources. If paying the standard registration would cause significant financial strain, please choose the rate that best reflects your circumstances.
