Nourishing Communication | Online

From infancy through old age, we thrive on connection, created in large part by the quality and intent of our communication. The poet David Whyte invites us to “Put down the weight of your own aloneness and ease into the conversation.” The nourishing communication workshop is an invitation to explore and perhaps adjust our habitual ways of offering and receiving communication.

Nourishing communication fills us up and sustains us. Feeling seen and accepted is a foundational need, one we also strive to give to others. You'll gain a new practice, heightened awareness, an expanded skill set, and access to a sense of deep relaxation.

This two-day workshop is comprised of short presentations alternating with exercises (done solo, one-on-one, or as a group), and is presented in a step-by-step format, allowing plenty of time to take in the material. Hakomi certified teachers are available and offer direction and feedback in a manner consistent with Hakomi principles. Event will begin at 10:00 am and end at 3:30 pm on each scheduled day.

Cancellation policy: Full refund available if participant cancels at least 72 hours before the event. (Contact your registrar to cancel.) Participants cancelling less than 72 hours before the event will not receive a refund and the ticket is not transferable to a different workshop.
