Join Eliana, a functional nutritionist, for an engaging 2-hour family-friendly cooking class at Branford High School on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm . In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to create nourishing, anti-inflammatory meals that are delicious, easy to make and suitable for the whole family—without breaking the bank or sacrificing flavor.

MATERIAL FEE: $40 due upon registration through eventbrite.
COURSE FEE: $40 due upon registration through shorline adult education.
Reminder to bring an apron, kitchen cleaning cloth, and 1-2 containers and a mason jar to bring food home.
