Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival or already navigating early parenthood, this session will help you feel more confident, connected, and cared for.

- Infant soothing & sleep — attachment-based rhythms and safe sleep/bedsharing guidelines.
- Emotional well-being — normal postpartum shifts, mental health, and when to seek help.
- Creating your postpartum plan — meals, community, and support systems.
