Welcome to Nourish Zen Yoga Flow event! Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating morning of yoga in the beautiful setting of Morningside Park. This in-person event will take place at the end of the park next to LOT 4.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all are welcome to come together and flow through a series of poses to center the mind and body.
Don't forget to bring your mat, water bottle, and positive energy!
