In winter, a plant's energy is concentrated in its roots, mirroring the inward pull we feel ourselves. Just as nature pauses to dive deep, so too are we called to explore our own depths.

Working with the root of Mallow, a gentle and warming plant, during this potent time helps us soften into this introspective process. It nurtures our spirit and supports our journey inward, bringing both comfort and vitality to our winter sojourn.

In this gathering, we will come together to connect with the spirit of Mallow by drinking a nourishing root infusion and allowing ourselves to explore how its energy supports us in this mid-winter season.

This gathering is open to all who feel called to deepen their connection with plants and community in a safe, welcoming, and relaxed space. You are welcome to share as much or little as you like and all that is spoken will be held in confidence.
