Nourish Your Heart-A Free Collage Workshop, For Women, By Women

This intimate creative circle invites participants to explore heartbreak, healing, and resilience through the accessible practice of collage. In a supportive small-group setting, participants will reflect, connect with others, and transform personal experiences into visual artwork. This workshop is designed and faciliated by Selma Abinader.

What to Expect

• A small group experience (10–12 participants)
• A welcoming space for reflection and creative expression
• Guided prompts and gentle facilitation
• No art experience required
• All collage materials provided

This workshop centers collective care, women’s strength and resilience, and the powerful practice of holding both sorrow and joy together through creativity.
