About this Event
In the demanding field of education, where the well-being of teachers is paramount, cultivating a holistic approach to wellness is essential. Nourish to Flourish is a transformative masterclass designed for educators, as an introduction to the practical applications of neuroscience and mindfulness that will ultimately lead to a calm and regulated nervous system. Learning to tend and befriend one’s nervous system, prioritizing mental hygiene, and reducing reactivity are all foundational skills that are woven throughout Nourish to Flourish.
In this workshop, participants will explore a variety of practices such as mindfulness, movement, self-awareness, and stress reset. Activities will focus on personal well-being and include strategies to support the social-emotional needs of others.
