About this Event
Painful periods, fatigue, bloating, or brain fog don’t have to define your cycle—or your holidays. Join us for a warm, supportive nutrition workshop and explore how mindful nutrition can help calm inflammation, balance hormones, and bring more ease to your everyday life.
Led by Alexis Brooks, Women's Health Dietitian and friend of Ms. Moxie’s, this session blends science and soul. You’ll learn practical ways to support your body through endometriosis, PCOS, and other hormone-related conditions—without sacrificing joy or flavor, especially as we head into the holiday season. Plus, we will walk through tips and tricks from Authors Kate Edmonds, NTC and The Moon Cycle Bakery to showcase real life examples of recipes that support each of our phases.
In this workshop, you’ll discover:
- The foundational principles of nutrition for hormonal balance and why they work
- How to adapt anti-inflammatory, hormone-supportive meals for real life (and real holidays!)
- How food choices can ease pain, fatigue, brain fog, and bloating
- Tools for symptom tracking, reflection, and sustainable change
- Holiday-friendly swaps and recipes that keep you nourished and satisfied
Whether you’re newly navigating endo, looking for a reset before the busy season, or just wanting some new delicious recipes to try, this workshop offers community, clarity, and delicious inspiration—one healing meal at a time.
