About this Event
Hosted by "Each on Teach one" @dawngrantartistry. This event is for folks who are new to mindfulness/meditation or wanting to return to your practice. Nourish The Artist Within is a soulful invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honor the creative spirit that resides within you. This practice is about creating intentional space for yourself—space to pause, breathe, and tune into your inner landscape. It encourages curiosity and grants permission to explore your creative energy through mindfulness, self-compassion, and deep listening.
Through these practices, you may naturally encounter the full spectrum of human emotion—the joy, the sadness, the excitement, and even the tension that arise when we give ourselves permission to be fully present. This emotional release and pause create a fertile ground for self-awareness, allowing you to reconnect with your inner needs, desires, and creative impulses.
Nourish The Artist Within is a way to foster the healing power of creativity, offering an opportunity to listen to your body and mind and return to self.
It’s not just about creating external works of art; it's about honoring the art of being, of existing in your truest form. Through this process, you give yourself permission to embrace your whole self—your vulnerabilities, your passions, and your dreams—so that you can move forward with clarity and purpose.
Nourish The Artist Within is a gentle reminder that in nurturing your creative essence, you also nourish the very core of who you are.
