We join the Synch, an insider who feels like an outsider of HICKVILLE, where she shakes up the town when she's nominated to be Mayor of Hickville… for life!

With the adoration of her faithful companion, Maximillion the Dog (we'll call her A-millie), she rubs the town’s rednecks in the meaning of Christmas, inspiring little Mindy Lu-Ann-Who-Ann-Su-Ann along the way.
