NOURISH - NURTURE - NATURE
Among one of Suffolk’s finest nature reserves, you will enjoy a combination of therapeutic; yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound. As well as an expert guided tour of the lakes.
Little note - This is a small event with maximum of 6 participants. If you would like to book it as a private event for yourself and a group of friends or work colleagues, please get in touch.
During the day you will enjoy:
10.00 - 10.30 am : Welcome tea/coffee
10.30 - 12.00 pm : Hatha yoga with breathwork (indoors)
12.00 - 1.00 pm : Guided tour of the lakes
1.00 - 2.00 pm : Lunch break
2.00 - 2.30 pm : Meditation with sound in the meditation meadow (weather permitting)
2.30 - 4.00 pm : Restorative yoga with yoga nidra (indoors)
After 4.00 pm : Farewells and safe travels
Lackford Lakes:
Located 5 miles from Bury St Edmunds, Lackford Lakes is a beautiful, tranquil setting perfect to enrich your yoga practice with natural scenery and a variety of plants, trees, animals, birds and insects.
Wildlife at Lackford Lakes is in abundance and changes on a daily basis. As part of this experience you will benefit from a professional tour guide so you get to see and learn the very best nature can offer.
Included in the price:
Two relaxing yoga sessions
Meditation session with use of sound instrument(s)
Entry to the nature reserve along with an expert guided tour of the lakes with plenty of time to observe the wildlife and learn about the different species
The use of all necessary equipment so you don’t need to bring anything other than yourself.
Tea/coffee and light snack.
Lunch is not included. There is a Café onsite which you can purchase lunch from or you are welcome to bring your own.
