Welcome! You're about to embark on a 2-hour journey of nourishment and rejuvenation in all aspects with Alicia Love and Joy Nakatari.
We'll kick things off with a sacred cacao ceremony, a beautiful 5,000 year old tradition of the Maya people that utilizes cacao to open the heart and broaden consciousness. This ceremonial use of cacao encourages participants to connect deeply with themselves and each other, nurturing a sense of community and shared purpose.
We will then transition into a soothing session of restorative yoga, somatic movements and fascial maneuvers. Restorative yoga encourages mindful presence, inner peace and equilibrium. The somatic movements we will be doing will help clear any lingering blocks in your body. And the fascial maneuvers aim to improve mobility, alleviate physical discomfort, and release tension held in the connective tissues. These 3 modalities together, foster a nourishing effect in the body, cultivating a sense of mindful presence.
We will conclude our practice immersed in the therapeutic healing of sound. Sound Therapies, such as this one, use vibrations and frequencies to create a meditative environment, promoting emotional release and spiritual growth. The resonant sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and tuning forks align with your body's energy centers, nurturing a state of harmony and wellness.
The cherry on top? Our practitioners will be applying hands on, as well as distant energy clearing and healing throughout our time together, bringing the ultimate nourishment to all aspects of self; healing the mind, body, and spirit.
