Join us this April for the fourth Nourish Conference and Tastebuds Food & Drink Market—a full-day celebration of innovation, insight, and inspiration for the UK food and drink sector. Designed for founders, producers, retailers, innovators, and anyone shaping the future of food, this dynamic event brings together leading experts, buyers, and changemakers for a day of learning, collaboration, and discovery.

This year’s conference explores three essential themes shaping our industry:

Health & Nutrition

Dive into the latest consumer trends, research breakthroughs, and product development opportunities. Learn from specialists in health, wellbeing, and child nutrition, and discover how forward-thinking brands are creating products that meet the needs of today’s health-conscious shoppers.

Environment & Sustainability

Explore practical, actionable strategies for building a more sustainable and resilient food business. From technologies that can save your business thousands—like heat pumps—to the fascinating British Sugar story of their Wissington site, and expert insights on the future of food in a changing climate, this theme will leave you empowered to take positive steps toward environmental leadership.

Business Growth & Innovation

Get real-world advice from those who know what it takes to succeed. Hear directly from a major buyer about what they look for and top pitching tips. Learn from inspiring local success stories, gain insight into the new Who Buys My Food app for e-commerce businesses, and build your knowledge of growth funding and investment options.

Alongside the conference, enjoy the vibrant Tastebuds Food & Drink Market, showcasing exceptional local producers, emerging brands, and innovative new products. Sample, discover, and connect with the passionate creators behind some of the region’s most exciting flavours.

Whether you're developing your next product, seeking to scale your business, or simply looking to stay ahead of industry trends, Nourish offers invaluable insights, practical guidance, and powerful networking opportunities.
