Nourish, Create & Connect: A Holiday Retreat of Giving & Receiving

Take a gentle pause before the holiday rush and join us for a morning designed to restore your spirit, inspire your creativity, and fill your heart.

Hosted by Meredith Marsh of Let the Light In, this half-day retreat blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful creation — guiding you into the balanced rhythm of giving and receiving.

You’ll move through embodied gentle yoga with Kayla Fitzpatrick, create heartfelt handmade gifts with Ronni Cinella, enjoy a nourishing lunch, and end with an intuitive group energy healing session with Meredith to realign your body, mind, and spirit.

9:00 – 9:15 AM — Welcome & Intention Setting
Begin with Meredith Marsh as we ground, center, and open our hearts to receive the day’s light.

9:15 – 10:30 AM — Embodied & Gentle Flow Yoga with Kayla Fitzpatrick
A mindful, restorative practice designed to release tension and bring you home to your body.

10:30 – 11:30 AM — Creative Workshop with Ronni Cinella
Craft two meaningful creations — one to keep, one to give.
You’ll design a custom aromatherapy spray and a holiday ornament, leaving with one beautifully wrapped for the holidays.

11:30 – 12:00 PM — Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a wholesome meal and tea while connecting in community.

12:00 – 1:00 PM — Intuitive Energy Healing Session with Meredith Marsh
A collective intuitive energy healing experience to release, realign, and restore as you move toward the close of the year.
