Louise is a Nutrition & Juice Therapist and a Fitness Instructor and will introduce you to the gorgeousness of freshly-pressed juices for optimal nutrient delivery. She'll also lead you through Morning Magic: an easy movement class to open joints and soften muscles. 

Rest And Breathe with Sylwia harnessing inner resources for calming the nervous system and resetting your quiet mind  

Ann Will lead a group healing where you'll feel your soul soothed guided by her gentle spirit  

Yolanda is a Somatic Attachment Therapist (Trauma) and Positive Intelligence & Conscious Life Coach who also happens to love organic skincare and fascial release to reduce and even eliminate tension headaches.

And then a Journey meditation and somatic writing practice that will reconnect you to your intuition guiding you on what you need to feed your body mind and soul through winter.
