A restorative day of connection, learning and renewal with horses. Feeling the effects of burnout or compassion fatigue? Join us at Edenhope Homestead for an experiential professional development day with our herd of horses.
Whether you’re a carer, allied health professional, or work in a related field, this experiential workshop offers space to slow down, restore, and explore ways to support both your own wellbeing and your work with others.
What you’ll experience:
- Gentle, polyvagal-informed mind–body practices for grounding and regulation
- Reflective time with horses to gain calm, clarity, and new perspective (non-riding)
- Creative integration and resourcing activities to anchor your insights
What you’ll get:
- Practical tools to integrate into your client work and your own self-regulation
- Guided facilitation by experienced Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy practitioners
