The Nourish & Renew Collective is bringing together a gathering of healers, aspiring healers, and caregivers for a single, powerful day of restoration. Guided by three seasoned facilitators, you’ll move through practices that soften the body, open the heart, and awaken the healer within.

A dedicated segment of the DayTreat focuses on the unique challenges faced by caregivers—those who hold space for others in families, workplaces, and communities. Our DayTreat team creates a compassionate environment where participants can name their burdens, explore patterns of over‑giving, and receive tools for sustainable support.

Held at the Mother Cabrini Shrine Conference Center, this gathering is supported by a setting intentionally designed for renewal. The quiet mountain landscape offers natural spaciousness for renewal. The lovely conference center itself provides a peaceful, light‑filled environment, thoughtfully maintained to help guests feel grounded and at ease. With its panoramic views it has a long history of being a place of retreat and uplift, the Shrine adds a layer of calm that gently invites you inward.

Expect a blend of introspection, without journaling, experiences inspired by imagination and joy combined with simple easy rituals to take home to your daily life.
