Throughout our day together, we will move through a nourishing flow of experiences: a healing journey to clear and call in, breathwork to awaken your vitality, immersive sound healing, an intuitive guided journey meditation, guided freeform movement with no choreography and no expectations, and a warming rose tea ceremony to ground and integrate. Each offering is a doorway inward, inviting rest, radiance, release, and renewal. You are invited to move in whatever way feels true for you.*

Set on the magnificent grounds of Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, our retreat unfolds within breathtaking natural beauty and timeless elegance. Weather permitting, we will spend the majority of the day outdoors.
