Join Laura (Tiger Mama Yoga) for this blissful women’s-only weekend day retreat. Located at a beautiful tipi in rural Shropshire; this retreat focuses on bringing you back to yourself.
Taking place just a few weeks after the Autumn Equinox - when the Sun starts its trip south and we tip from more light into more darkness - this retreat is perfectly timed to allow attendees the time to take a pause; to connect, release, nurture and nourish their body, mind and spirit, at this transitional time of year.
Over this full day, you will take a journey of deep discovery, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Free from the expectations, limiting beliefs and superficiality of the modern world, we will invite you to connect deeply; with nature, with your body & with your heart.
My ambition is that you leave this retreat feeling NOURISHED - at peace, deeply connected & held - stepping back into your day-to-day with a new-found sense of purpose, self-belief and inner strength.
The day will include;
Journalling and intention setting, guided meditation, pranayama (breath control), mantra and mudra, vinyasa flow, nature walk and guided yoga nidra with a beautiful sound bath to close.
Hot and cold drinks, vegan/ vegetarian snacks and a 2-course lunch are included in the price.
