For centuries, and in many cultures around the world, women have
gathered in sacred space together for connection, healing, support, and celebration. NOURISH is a modern day women’s circle to offer you a sense of community, sacredness, and solace in a woman-only space. Inside these monthly circles, we sing, discuss specific topics related to women's healing and well-being, and take time to listen to each other's stories and hearts. Deep healing can happen when we feel seen, heard and felt. With time together, we build connection, friendship, and community which can change the course of our lives. These sacred circles can give us support, understanding of the cycles and stages of life, and a way to re-source our energy.
Anyone who identifies as a women is welcome.
Luna Ray has been part of and leading women's circles for two decades, and has a passion for building community in a sacred and collaborative way.
