This conference is FREE for all staff (clinical and non-clinical) working in Primary Care in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, UK only.

How we are celebrating and embracing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at our conference

Our conference has a separate room which can be used for quiet time if people need a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the conference. Everyone is welcome to use this room, and we will ensure you know the location when you sign in at reception.

Please let us know within the booking form what your dietary and accessibility requirements are, so that we can accommodate for your needs.

To celebrate our Primary Care workforce, we are inviting submissions for posters that showcase innovations in Primary Care. Awards will be presented at the conference.

If you cancel with more than 5 working days' notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel within 5 working days and we cannot fill the space, then you/your organisation may still be charged. If you do not attend then you/your organisation may be charged.

If you are unable to attend and do not cancel your place on events repeatedly - this may risk your place at future events.

The organisations have provided and paid for the venue and refreshments/meal as well linking us with and paying the speaker. NATH receives no financial remuneration or incentive for this event. There will be a photographer present at the event, should you not wish to be photographed please tick the opt out box on the booking page.

Those who do NOT want to be photographed are responsible for notifying the camera operator of their opt-out status.
