An evening of project insights, table discussions and networking focused on retrofit, regeneration and low carbon for the East Midlands.
About this Event

Nottingham is already putting the transition to a lower-carbon built environment into practice through regeneration, estate decarbonisation, community energy and the creative reuse of existing buildings.

This interactive evening will use Nottingham as a living laboratory, bringing together built environment professionals, policymakers and developers to explore what is working, what remains difficult and what needs to happen next.

The programme will include:

  • Four fast-paced project stories (Consultant / Contractor / Developer / Charity Perspective).
  • Practical lessons from real retrofit and regeneration schemes
  • Facilitated roundtable discussions
  • Speaker Q&A
  • Refreshments and informal networking

Together, we will explore the opportunities presented by retrofit, how it can create long-term value, the risks that can prevent successful delivery and the changes needed to deliver more and better projects across the region.
