Join us for an evening inspired by the romance and richness of Italy at Notte di Vino – An Italian Wine Night, hosted at Seared Chophouse on Wednesday, March 4th. This special event will feature five carefully selected Italian wines, each paired with a five-course dinner crafted to showcase the depth, tradition, and bold flavors of Italian cuisine.

From crisp northern whites to robust Tuscan reds, every pour is designed to complement each course and transport you straight to the Italian countryside.

• 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour – Begin the evening with an Italian-inspired welcome cocktail.
• 7:00–9:00 PM: Wine Dinner – Enjoy five elevated courses, each thoughtfully paired with a featured Italian wine.
