We are going to have a music festival anyways and hope Pharrell shows up.
Disclaimer: Since "Something in the water" is not likely to return to Virginia, we aren't competing directly with them, so we are doing a parody event to avoid get sued under the fair use doctrine.
Hampton has a thriving music scene.
24 Bands, 3 Days, vendors and food trucks.
