Welcome to Not Your Grandma's Ashtray — the clay workshop where the only rule is that it has to be more interesting than a plain circle. We've seen an 8-ball. A fried egg. A lucky clover. A casino heart. Your weird idea? We want to help you make it real.
Don't smoke? No problem. Make a funky little dish. A spoon rest. A catch-all for your rings and vibes. Whatever it is, we'll help you build it from scratch using hand-building techniques — no experience needed, just a concept and a sense of humor.
Your class includes TWO visits — one to build your masterpiece, and a second visit at a time that works for you to come back and glaze it. Both included in the price. No extra grandma tax.
A few things to know:
• Workshops are non-refundable with less than 24 hours' notice
• Rescheduling? We just ask for 72 hours' notice (one reschedule per booking)
• Not local? We can ship your finished piece for an additional fee
• Want to bring your whole crew? Ask us about private group bookings!
