Join Sam Metzner in exploring the not so basic basics of backbends! This workshop is appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their asana practice in the exploration of backbends. We will go over the anatomy of backbends as well as common misalignments and delve into postures such as urdha dhanurasana (upward facing bow pose aka wheel) and it's variations. Come ready to play!
