NOT CURRY is her invitation to experience that journey. A fine dining concept in an intimate at-home setting — personal, curated, and unlike anything you have sat down to before.

Each course is a cultural immersion into a different region of India — its food, its music, its rituals, its soul. Every dish with a personal story. Fully vegetarian. Wines included.

What to Expect

A journey through India, course by course. Every course represents a different region of India — its signature flavours, its culture, its story. By the end of the evening you will have travelled across the subcontinent without leaving your seat.

A fine dining concept at home. Every dish is individually plated with special attention to detail — but this is not a place for tiny portions. Each course is designed to give you abundance — generous enough to satisfy, considered enough to leave room for what comes next. You will not go hungry.

Music before every course. Each course arrives with its own music rooted in that region of India. Before a word is spoken, you feel where you are going.

Stories with every plate. Chef Karuna narrates every course — the region, the culture, the personal memory behind the dish. This is as much about understanding India as it is about tasting it.

Expect the unexpected. You will eat with your hands at least once. You will experience Indian culture in ways no restaurant has ever shown you. Come curious. Come hungry. Come ready.

About Chef Karuna Deora

Born in Bengal, Roots in Rajasthan, Karuna has spent decades collecting India through its food. An artist, fashion designer and cook, she has cooked for family, for weddings, across continents — always driven by the belief that food is the most honest expression of culture. NOT CURRY is her most personal work yet.
