Not Being Believed - Mini-Taster Workshop
About this Event
Have you ever told the truth and not been believed?
Perhaps you accurately described something that happened, explained how you felt or tried to make yourself understood, only to discover that the other person simply did not believe you.
What happens to us in those moments?
Not being believed can affect our confidence, our relationships and even the way we understand our own experiences.
Through reflective writing and conversation, we’ll explore what it means to be believed and not believed, and our human need to feel heard and acknowledged.
You might reflect on what the experience changed, how you responded and what you wish had happened differently.
No writing experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
Date: 4 November 2026
Time: 1pm to 2:30pm
Location: Pimlico, SW1
Cost: If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to pay what you can
