The new Norwich Winter Farmers Market hosted at SUNY Morrisville's Norwich Campus launches soon! It will run on the first and third Thursday of each month from February 6th to April 17th. The hours for the winter market are 3-6pm
This market had been a collaborative effort between SUNY Morrisville and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chenango County. Vendors include Davejen Farm, selling grass-fed beef; Andrea Schmidt of the Schmidt Farm, selling various maple products; true Nature Farm, selling fresh vegetable greens; and Foxtrail Farm, selling a variety of baked goods. All of these vendors are seasoned veteran marketers and have displayed their wares at several other markets in the Chenango County and Central NY areas.
