Norwich Mini is a small BP tournament ideal for small and medium debating societies, some of whom haven't been to a debate competition since the pandemic. It is designed to give these institutions and their members an introductory experience to intervarsity British Parliamentary debating. However, all are welcome to attend!This is a novice tournament i.e., all speakers must be novices. Novice criteria:
- Less than 1 year since first universitydebating competition
- Fewer than 3 open breaks
Format: BP (5 minutes)
