Enjoy learning about the background and preparation of three very different types of cake popular in Norway
Watch demonstrations for preparing and serving special cakes
Sample all three prepared cakes – YUM!

Eplekake with Gjetost & Cream Cheese Frosting
Kvæfjordkake: Often called The World’s Best Cake (also called “Verdens Beste”)
Daimiskake (Chocolate Toffee & Macaron Ice Cream Cake)
Participants also will receive copies of the three cake recipes and a surprise bonus recipe.
