Welcome to Northwest Poke Fest!
NW Poke Fest is back, and this year it's FREE! This year we are proud to announce our Charitable Partnership with Multi Care, Mary Bridge Children's Foundation. 100% of binder auction proceeds and a portion of pack battle proceeds directly benefit Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
Get ready for an outdoor, family friendly and fun-filled Pokémon themed fest created by fans, for fans! Join us in person to celebrate all things Pokémon with fellow trainers from around the region. Whether you’re a collector, trainer, or just love the vibes, this is the place to be. Don’t miss out on the excitement, games, and good times at the Northwest Poke Fest!
Event Highlights:
- Card Vendors Row (Market Square)
- Artist Park (Homestead Park) local artists and Pokemon Inspired makers
- Kid Zone (Homestead Park) shaded park with kid friend activities (all children must be supervised at all times)
- Binder Auction, donate to the binder or bid on rare cards in the binder. All proceeds from the binder will go to the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
- PokeWalk & Prizes - complete the walk to earn raffle entries and prizes
- Pack Battles - rip packs to support Mary Bridge Children's Hospital
- Photo Ops

From 10:00 to 11:00 AM, we keep the start of the day calm, quiter sound levels, lighter crowds, and a chance to look around before things ramp up.

Participant Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement
By registering for and attending NW PokeFest 2026, you (the Participant, or the Participant's parent or legal guardian if under 18) acknowledge and agree that participation in the PokeWalk and any related NW Poke Fest activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You understand that walking/outdoor events involve inherent risk, including but not limited to: trips, slips, and falls on uneven surfaces; collisions with other participants, pedestrians, cyclists, or vehicles; exposure to wather conditions; loss of or damage to personal property; and other risks that cannot always be predicted.
You voluntarliy assume all such risks. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless NW Poke Fes, PokeMom253, the City of University Place, participating vendors and sponsors, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the vent, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate, or that you (as parent or legal gaurdian) have determined that the minor in your care is able to participate and that you will notify event staff or first aid personnel of any medical condition that may require attendtion during the event.
For participants under 18, a parent or legal gaurdian must review and accept this waiver on the minor's behalf before the minor participates.
Parents and gaurdians remain responsible for the supervision of their minors at all times during the event.
Safety rules
Participant Conduct
- Participants must obey all local laws, including traffic signals and pedestrian rules.
- Respect for businesses, customers, and the general public is required at all times.
- No disruptive behavior, trespassing, or interference with business operations is allowed.
- No running in crowded areas. Move at a walking pace to avoid collisions.
Traffic and Pedestrian Safety
- Participants must use sidewalks and marked crosswalks only. Avoid walking in streets or bike lanes.
- Stay alert at all times. Keep your head up and be aware of your surroundings.
- Crossing streets should be done in groups where possible and only at designated crossings.
- Yield to vehicles and cyclists. They may not see you.
- Keep pathways clear. Do not block sidewalks, entrances, or emergency access routes.
Group Management
- Participants are encouraged to travel in small groups rather than individually.
- Watch for younger participants. Guardians must supervise minors at all times.
If you need help
A First Aid station is located at Market Square (look for the red First Aid tent). Lost children: report to the Check-In tent at Market Square. Volunteers are stationed along the route and can call for assistance. For any medical emergency, call 911.
