Northwest housebuilder launches homes at Haven View in Oldham

To celebrate the occasion, the housebuilder is inviting prospective buyers to an exclusive Open Day on 8th November.

With viewings available by appointment only, prospective buyers will be able to have a full tour of the development to explore the first release of homes on phase one. The development is set to welcome 12 three and four-bedroom detached homes in the first phase, with 11 homes following in early 2026.

With prices starting from £325,000, the collection of 23 homes will offer a range of house types to choose from which all include living spaces built to a high specification, spacious bedrooms and Bosch appliances as standard. Cube Homes is also offering a complimentary carpet package for homes reserved during the opening weekend.
