Join us for an evening of connection, learning, and resources for homeschool families across the Northland. Hosted by The Good Life Homeschool Center located at Shoal Creek Community Church and Steward Your Education, this night is designed to support both new and seasoned homeschool parents, including families with diverse learners who may need extra tools, strategies, or encouragement as they plan for the upcoming school year.We’ll kick things off with a Vendor Fair from 5–6 PM, where families can browse curriculum options, enrichment programs, educational services, and community resources.
The conference begins at 6 PM, featuring experienced homeschool moms and educators who will share guidance, encouragement, and real‑life strategies for building a thriving homeschool year. It’s a night of professional learning and resource gathering — all in one place.
About the Hosts
Amy Hartgrove, founder of The Good Life Homeschool Center at Shoal Creek Community Church, is a current home educator, former public school teacher, and former church youth and family director. She’s an engaged community member who thrives on relationships and serving others. Under her leadership, enrollment at her center has doubled in just one year.
Annie Palmer, founder of Steward Your Education, is a former public school leader, education consultant, and current home educator. She is passionate about helping families and educators reimagine education in non‑traditional settings so students can truly thrive. Her heart for serving others is at the core of her work.
We’ll be sharing more details soon about our speaker panel, session topics, and how to purchase tickets — lots of good things still to come.
