Join our six-week support group for those who have experienced a loss in the last two years, as we prepare for the upcoming holidays. The group will learn to integrate this loss into their lives, and share holiday traditions and how they may change since the loss.
The group will share their loss, the impact the loss has had on their lives and talk about ways to cope and be present for the holidays in a caring, confidential and supportive environment.
