The expo kicks off at 11:00 AM, bringing together athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and the local community for a full day of strength, competition, and fun.
• Food trucks serving a variety of eats and drinks throughout the day
• Fun challenges open to all ages and levels ,test your strength, endurance, and athleticism
Competitions Begin (2:30 PM)
At 2:30 PM, the main stage heats up with our lifting competitions and signature fitness showcases.
