📣 Mark your calendars, student athletes and families.Sports season preparation starts before the first practice. Join Northern Arizona Orthopaedics on Saturday, July 18, for sports physicals designed to help athletes meet participation requirements before the school year begins.

Cost:
• $10 cash only
• All proceeds are donated back to local schools
Before you arrive:
• Complete AIA forms 15.7A and 15.7B
• Parent/guardian required for minors
• Bring glasses or contacts if needed for vision screening

Sports physicals include:
• Physical health examination
• Height and weight measurements
• Range of motion testing
• Blood pressure screening
• Pulse check
• Vision screening
