The 2024 Northeast Regional Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience (REMLE) conference will be in New Jersey this year! This is the FINAL STOP of the National tour and they saved the BEST FOR LAST!

The YMCA Regional Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience is a Dynamic 2 day event that celebrates and supports the Y’s multicultural leaders and all allies through networking and mentoring opportunities, educational presentations, and resources that inspire staff to unleash the power within them and deepen their commitment to a meaningful career in the Y movement. We know that in order to advance opportunities for leaders of color which in turn will better support our associations by strengthening the representation of the communities we serve, we welcome ALL to join us and share in this experience of learning and growing together.
